“We have been connected with Springwood for almost 2 years. It has been a wonderful place for mom. I appreciate the beautiful flowers outside, the attentive people who work in the dining room, the wonderful people who clean the rooms, and the maintenance people attending to whatever is broken in a timely manner. They pour out their hearts to the residents there by continually asking how they are doing, and if they need anything. The many and varied activities are a great way of connecting the residents and forming a community together. One special event each year is the July 4th picnic, where the residents invite their families. It is a great deal of work for the staff, but it is well organized, and so much fun for so many people. It's a great way to celebrate our freedom and family. It is mom's home and many residents and staff members are her family. We feel so very fortunate to have found such a loving and caring community. Mom enjoys the movies, Bingo, Chicken Foot Dominoes and even being able to have her hair done in one building. It was just the boost she needed in her later years. Thank you to every staff member and directors that have made a huge difference in my mom's life.”

“My uncle is a resident. He is always in good spirits and upbeat. He always talks about how he likes his new place and his great view off his balcony. He says the people are very friendly and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. He talks about the food being good and plentiful. He likes his independence and the fact that when it snows he doesn't have to shovel. He seems to enjoy all the activities always something to do especially the pool table.”

“I love Springwood for lots of reasons. The staff Is amazing and always available with a smile on their face. The building is always clean and smells good - I'm talking all 4 buildings! The staff knows all their residents by name. I love the Executive Director Angela, she takes the time to visit the hospitals and the rehabs to check on her residents when they are gone from her buildings.”
